Vision and Strategy team of the Anglican Church of England recently launched a survey into the wellbeing of those who work in children’s, youth, and family ministry.
They are keen to hear from as many people as possible, so if that’s you or someone you know, please complete the survey before Friday 2nd February.
Focus groups, where you can share more about your experiences, will be held in early February, online and in person.
As someone who works in children’s and youth ministry your work is vital to everything the Church does. As part of the vision to double the number of children and young people in our churches by 2030, it is essential that your wellbeing is looked after. We want to make sure you can flourish and thrive in your ministry.
Church of England understand there are significant challenges in children’s and youth ministry and we are striving at a national level to do more to support the sector. We hope that by listening well, we can bring about changes that support and nurture people in these vital roles. We are also keen to learn what is working well and would love to hear and share your success stories.
